I started to take creatine not long again and i was wondering does milk affect creatine in anyway. Since i do my protein shakes with milk i was wondering if it has any affect on it good, bad or none at all.
Thank You |

Just make sure you dont leave your creatine in water(im not for sure if milk would do the same) but creatine breaks down in water after 5minutes.

http://www.absolute-creatine.com/3.htm under Creatine Liquid or Serum: "If creatine is just mixed in a liquid it starts to breakdown into a waste product (creatinine) after about 20 minutes." |
