Creatine Loading

Sorry this is probably a stupid question. While beginning to creatine load, are you supposed to lift during this time? Or do you wait until after the 5 day loading period? Thanks and any help is appreciated.

Don't worry about loading. 5g daily is all you need.

Alright, you guys probably know better than i do. I thought it was proven loading helps more than 5g daily does. Guess not?

I don't think it matters, lift away.

edit: At least you searched. Sorry I kind of jumped the gun since I didn't realize your question was slightly different.

edit 2: Oh, and welcome to the boards.

If it's Cell-Tech you don't even really need to work out...Just do some curls.

No really don't load and work out.

you do not need to load. just take 5g. a day and lift, creatines benefits won't show themselves unless you lift hard and heavy in the gym.
