Building a Monster Upper Back

A huge and thick upper back is the hallmark of the alpha strength athlete. Only those with the fortitude and will to train with the requisite intensity will achieve the kind of upper back that literally intimidates and inspires awe in all who see it.

If you truly want the biggest and strongest back possible, it is necessary to combine the best of both the powerlifting and bodybuilding worlds!

A creatine if you don't have it, protein powder if your running low, eggs if you feel like.

but seeing as how you seem to be convinced on trying an NO product, I would say explode as I have seen many members enjoy the "pump" they get from it

actually I didn't get any pump from NO-explode. L-arginine in a 500mg cap rips me up though.

I enjoyed it for the mental focus.

I don't think anyone reported pumps other then the first user.

My grandfather was Earl (unbeatable) "wild cat mccann" Carrier. Weilter weight world champion wrestler in 1933 by beating Jack Renolds. Renolds was later murdered by the mob for having lost. Earl held the weilter weight for most of his career, then moved to hold the middle weight. He was 5 foot 5 inches. Cool history huh?

i am one of the memeber that enjoy NO-x explode but not just the pump, the way it just plain makes you feel. i however do not feel it is worth the price , and i will not be getting a refill unless it come down WAY in price

I used cellmass and No-xplode and liked it and I did get begger, but I do believe it was just because I worked out more than I ever had before. Once im done with my bottles(very soon) Im just going to stick with whey.
