Glutamine and BCAA's How Much Should I Take

Hey Guys, I am new to this forum and I just have some questions about Glutamine, and BCAA's. Everyones arguments about BCAA's aside, i just want to know how much to take. I have 500 grams of each, and just powder. I would like to know what to mix it with because i have been taking them straight up and its terrible. Should I take the BCAA's alone or can I mix them in a shake? Also, when should I take them?


P.S. I would also like to know how much dextrose to take, and when?

Not Sure

Im really not sure exactly but I way 180 and i would like to weigh 200. Im very poor at counting calories so I have just been trying to eat a ton, but keep it healthy. I started at 170 a month and a half ago, so I must being doing something right.

Dextrose.

Take 50-100 grams with whey or maybe grape juice. Pre or post workout.

As for your *other* question. I think you will notice that we answered it indirectly.
