It means he squatted 905 while weighing 181.

Great job Phil and Laura!!

No, no, you misunderstand. It means he squatted 905 lbs while weighing 181 lbs in body weight.

wowowowow, that 905 squat would be amazing for anyone ever, but at 181 that is just silly

but what is strange is I think I am even mroe impresse with that 1650 total, she has to be the only person to ever do that for a women

great job both of you

Thank you so much everyone! I just want to thank Chris and everyone at AtLarge for making such awesome products! Couldn't have done it without them!!

The meet was Saturday in Middletown, Ohio. At a bodyweight of 164.6 I went 725 in the squat, 415 in the bench, and 510 in the deadlift, 1650 total. 1st American woman to ever total 10x bodyweight. It was an awesome meet, fun, and catered to the lifter! I wasn't feeling the greatest at this meet and didn't hit the numbers I was expecting so, look for an even bigger total in November! ; )

Thank you so much to everyone for your support and encouragement! I truly appreciate it!

Thank you very much! In November, I hope to go mid 7's for squat, mid 4's for bench, and closer to mid 5's for deadlift.

He keeps referring to me as his wife everywhere we go, that's what they call me now...LOL! We'll be tying the knot in October next year.

Training is much better now that the shoulder has healed up some.

That will be awesome to see you guys there. We're not lifting, but definitely hanging out. We'll have some fun on Metal Militia's stomping grounds!!!

I still have a hard time understanding why so many women are so weak. I certainly hope we're seeing a trend here. Congrats Laura, you are now an inspiration to everyone, irrespective of gender.

"Soli Deo Gloria"
"Test all things; hold fast what is good.": 1 Thessalonians 5:21

"I do not understand what I do. For what I want to do I do not do, but what I hate I do. And if I do what I do not want to do, I agree that the law is good. As it is, it is no longer I myself who do it, but it is sin living in me. I know that nothing good lives in me, that is, in my sinful nature. For I have the desire to do what is good, but I cannot carry it out. For what I do is not the good I want to do; no, the evil I do not want to do--this I keep on doing. Now if I do what I do not want to do, it is no longer I who do it, but it is sin living in me that does it.
So I find this law at work: When I want to do good, evil is right there with me. For in my inner being I delight in God's law; but I see another law at work in the members of my body, waging war against the law of my mind and making me a prisoner of the law of sin at work within my members. What a wretched man I am! Who will rescue me from this body of death? Thanks be to God--through Jesus Christ our Lord!"
