    Dumbbell Incline Bench Press - 80lb x 6
    Squats - 285lb x 6
    Deadlift - 285lb x 5

    Wide Grip Pull Up x 3,
    Parrelle Grip Pull Down 2 sets,
    Barbell Row x 3
    Hammer Curl x 3
    Barbell Curl x 2

    :Chest/Shoulder -
    Incline Dumbbell x 3
    Incline Barbell x 3
    Weighted Dips x 2
    Dumbbell Side Lateral x 3
