    Dumbbell Incline Bench press - 100lb x 6
    Squats - 350lb x 6
    Deadlift - 350lb x 6

    :::Current status:::
    Weight - 158lb
    BF - 12%
    Dumbbell Incline Bench Press - 80lb x 6
    Squats - 285lb x 6
    Deadlift - 285lb x 5

    :::Current Routine:::
    :Back/Bicep -
    Wide Grip Pull Up x 3,
    Parrelle Grip Pull Down 2 sets,
    Barbell Row x 3
    Hammer Curl x 3
    Barbell Curl x 2

    :Chest/Shoulder -
    Incline Dumbbell x 3
    Incline Barbell x 3
    Weighted Dips x 2
    Dumbbell Side Lateral x 3
    Upright Row x 2

    :Legs/Tricep -
    Squats x 4
    Lay leg curl x 3
    Calf Raises x 3
    Cable Push down x 3
    Overhead Cable press x 2
