    Training/PRacticing for Volleyball *With PicS*

    What are some good drills I can do for volleyball and what's the best way to train.

    I'm 16 and I have to make JV by Spring but that catch is I just started playing a month ago. What are some things I can practice by myself and how should I train?


    16 years old
    6 Feet Tall
    200 pounds

    125 Bench Press 6X5
    135 Squat 6X5
    195 Deadlift 6X5
