    Raw include belt?

    Quick question. Not for the purists.

    Do raw federations allow a belt? I know purists would lift naked if they could.

    AFAIK, Wraps and a belt are allowed in most raw federations...

    Lots don't allow wraps although you can wear non-supportive knee sleeves.
