    from 5x5 to Westside

    im coming to the end of my 5x5 beginner program i was wondering if i should go to the westside program or do the 5x5 advanced program and then go to westside after that.

    If you enjoyed the 5x5 and made progress stick with something similiar. If you want a change go with westside.
