How much weight should i be losing?

I am currently on my cut. I was wondering how much weight am i suppose to be losing a week, without losing much muscle. I know for example, when bulking more than a 2 lb gain means I'm gaining fat as well.

dunno if anyone can back me up but i believe that 1.5/2 pounds is a healthy amount of weight to lose a week, anymore than that and its gonna be muscle thats going

    That's totally subjective.
Out of the night that covers me,Black as the Pit from pole to pole,I thank whatever gods may be for my unconquerable soul. In The fell clutch of circumstance I have not winced nor cried aloud. Under the bludgeonings of chance my head is bloody, but unbowed. Beyond this place of wrath and tears looms but the horror of the shade And yet the menace of the years finds, and shall find, me unafraid. It matters not how strait the gate how charged with punishments the scroll,I am the master of my fate: I am the captain of my soul.

I lost like 7 lbs of fat and gained 2 lbs of muscle over about 6 weeks during mid summer cut

I thought that was pretty good

    therefore

    That's totally subjective
if you got 100lbs of fat to lose, you may or may not lose it faster then if you have 10lbs of fat to lose

Generic rule of thumb - 1-2 lbs a week depending on body fat.
