Hi i am new to weight training and just wanted to ask something. When you conduct a workout of say Bench Press, inclided Abs and couple of dumbell excercises for the chest the next day you wake up your muscle are aching. I know i should rest the next day but what if they still ache and i come back to having to work those muscles, is it to be avoided until not feeling any pain?

The soreness is called DOMS (Delayed Onset Muscular Soreness). A search on DOMS will tell you much.

Well when i was fat i had some serious man boobs and my chest i worked alot like three years ago (i was 18 at the time), So now im retaking weightlifting i What i usually do is Day 1: Chest, Shoulders
Day 2: Back, Abs, rest, Day 4: Legs, Bis/Tris. rest Then back again
Is that a ok for a workout routine or am i missing something
