    Chest Mass

    What is a good way to gain more mass in my chest?

    I currently do pushups, incline dumbbbells and bench presses.

    Gaining mass = eating a lot.

    I don't know what bend presses are, but the standard of chest exercises is the bench press.

    thats right he said it perfectly. EAT A LOT.

    I know your a noob so heres what you should do. Bench press heavy, and eat alot, thats it, and your chest will grow.
