Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?
When I deadlift, my legs are usually not straight out from my body in between my arms. They are usually pointing out, like my thighs are making a V shape. Should I force myself to make them straight? Doing it that way feels totally unnatural to me.
