Just wanted to say Hi. I'm 18, 6'2", 220lbs ~14% BF ( according to those digital scales). Looking forward to chatting with you all and getting some help here.
My goal is 8 % .. that means that I have to lose 15lbs of fat, if my math is good (while maintaining and hopefully even increasing a bit of muscle mass). This will get me at 205lbs... I'm hoping to do this in three - four months (5lbs/month + maintenance)
I just got a treadmill the other day (Schwinn 6150 ) and I'm planning on starting a cardio program. What do you recommend as far as something that will aid reducing my BF % and getting leaner ?
