Started my new diet, lifting and cardio routine 21 days ago. I weighed 204.4# on day 1 and today I weighed 196.4#. I measured myself on the same scale at the same time of day prior to my workout with the same clothing on.
Does 8 pounds in 21 days seem like a reasonable amount to lose in a cutting phase??
sounds about right for the begining of a cutting phase, it should probably taper off in a short time, I'd say if your losing 1-2 pounds a week, be happy..
Thanks for the thumbs-up on it. I think that I will probably adjust my calorie intake down slightly after I go below 190# bodyweight.
