    diet/nutrition question

    i'm on a high protein diet right now; 6 meals a day (60% protein, 40% carbs), and i'm wondering if it'd be a good idea to invest in glutamine, arginine, and lucine pills.

    waste of money, or would it be the base for some huge gains?

    Good diet + good workout = the only base for huge gains

    Nothing else means anything.

    sounds like a waste of money to me

    and why are you not eating any healthy fats?
