I usually do biceps and triceps on the same day. I usually do different exercises for each and I do 9 sets of each exercise ( 3 sets of 10 ) at one weight, increase weight and do another 3 sets of 10, and increase weight and do last 3 sets of 10. Am i over working ? I am not gaining in strength anymore and seem to fatigue faster now then before.
What is the rule for increasing weight during sets ? Do I do 4 sets of 10 reps and increase weight with each set ?
