hello ppl im 14 playing football wrestling and baseball, im tryin to find out if i can go up 50lbs from my last max....in my squats i lift 180 at my max and we do this....10 reps 60%,8 reps 70%, 6 reps 80% and 6 reps 80%...we do the the same for dead lift clean and bench....so can i go up 50lbs from my max
