    135 lbs. to 150 lbs. w/o too much fat in 5 months -- can it be done?

    I'm currently 5'-8", 135 lbs, 17 years old. In 5 months, working out 3-4 days a week and eating right, do you think it's possible to get to 150 lbs.?

    If not, what is a realistic goal?

    p.s. I'm not planning on using creatine
