The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

    Crossfit/agility clubs/trainers in Edmonton??

I know there is the official crossfit club in Edmonton but anyone know of any other good ones? Even like agility training, speed, jumping, etc. I'm having trouble finding some good places, I'd much prefer 1 on 1 training, cost is not a concern right now at all. I'd need somewhere that has all of the equipment there though .
Something like this is what Im looking for http://www.sportconditioning.ca/

The only good gym I know of personally in Edmonton is Hardcore Gym. That's the only one there that I've trained at. They have strongman stuff and its a good gym.

I see that you posted this a while back but if you are still looking for a place like the place you mentioned (Peter Twist's place sportconditioning.ca) then you should check out SPARK Sport Conditioning at sparksportconditioning.com

We are affiliates of both CrossFit AND the FIRST IN CANADA to be affiliated with Sports Specific Training (sportsspecifictraining.net)

We utilize the metabolic conditioning etc of Crossfit AND supplement it with Speed Power Agility Reactivity Kwickness (hence SPARK)

Check the site and give me a call 988-9668. We are on the south side of edmonton.
