    Feeling light headed when waking up?

    I dunno, but ever since saturday, i've been waking up feeling light headed. Like i'll get outta bed and try to walk, but i'll feel like just fainting.Has this happen to anyone? Its like a hangover type of feeling

    Are you drinking enough fluid? Often a "light-headed" feeling when assuming an upright position is from a drop in blood pressure. This feeling can be more pronounced if you're not adequately hydrated.

    yeah, i think that might be the case, because i haven't been getting a lot of water lately. I'll try drinking lots of water and see what happens..thx bud.

    the same happened to me and it was from dehydration and lack of sleep. id wake up walk a few steps and fall i didnt faint id just get dizzy and fall...once down the stairs not a great way to wake up
