a lot of muscle spasms lately. is this good?
Not really. It may be nothing...or it may be a symptom of a deeper problem like not getting enough minerals or the proper proportion of them in your diet. I'd get it checked out.

are we talking about isolated spasms in the legs or something? or are we talking about body twitching? How offten and how long do they last?
