    Time to get cut

    Starting this week I am going into a cutting phase, though I don't want to get shredded.

    20 years old, 5'10"

    Currently: 220 lbs 14% bodyfat

    Goal: 200 lbs. 8% bodyfat

    I'm gonna update my journal weekly, I hope to lose around 1 lbs. a week.
