Im gonna start a Workout journal since it will be a good track of how much i lift daily so i can always add on to it and to not slack off. I do olmpic and Florida high school weightlifting. People in my other tread aren't helping me too much but as of right now i need to lose 10 pounds in the next 3 weeks and i HAVE to in the next 4.5 weeks. i have 6-7% body fat and I last weighed in at 138.9 poundsi have to weigh 129.0 or less. I have a knee injury right now so im only power snatching and and power cleaning. Cant think of much else to say sooo heres what i did today...
Power clean and Jerk - warm-up, 145x2, 160x1, 170x1, 180x1
PHC (power hang cleans) 125x3, 135x3, 145x3
nothing else b/c i couldn't workout today and wont much tomorrow but i will start up normally friday
