    weightlifting help

    i have weights i have a bench but i dont have a rack or anything to hold the weights up what could i do to solve this beside buying one?

    Deadlifts, hack squats, cleans, high pulls, front squats, shrugs, military presses, there are a lot of things you can do.

    oh i know that but i wanna bench and stuff too what could i use to hold the weights up

    I can't recommend anything but a rack. Or you can always workout with a partner and have him lift the weight and hand it to you on the bench. The bench press is a very dangerous exercise if not done safely. If you want to ghetto rig a set-up for benching, then you're doing so at your own risk.

    Join a gym and start using commas, periods, apostrophes, etc.
