Hey im a newb to the forum & ive been reading up on some of the topics & theres ALOT of advice given here. Ive read the guidelines & faqs already so im good 2 go...but n e ways...im 19 yrs old, 280 lbs, 6'3....im a track & field thrower for my college & i have ALOT of muscle but i also have fat too...but im looking for advice & tips on ways 2 continue lifting & get big, but also lose some of the fat in certain areas. Thanx alot for u guys input, anything would help..
