i eat lot lot of steak n low fat milk. no rice at all. only vegetable! currently lose 5pound since june! but gain 2lb muscle! slow process. but it works!
how exactly did you track this progress?
it's possible to lose some fat and gain a little muscle when just starting out (beginner gains)...later on down the road you'll pretty much have to decide if you want to gain weight or lose it
