The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

    thanks rock,

My fault WIY, I didnt say that it was an update thread, I usually post pics every month in my pic thread, but I figured I could do this and its easier, I should have said i was an update, intended to show progress and allow for critique, no need to be an emo.

Oh my bad man, I thought you were just showing everyone some posing. I haven't seen your pics before, but you look like your doing well. Low bodyfat, and your physique looks like its heading in the right direction. Nice v taper especially. You can definately add 50 lbs to that frame haha, but hey, who couldn't . Keep up the good work. I'm curious, how much do you weigh?

oh and I'm not sure what you meant by "no need to be an emo"

Lol, that better not be an insult...

I...unlike mens health models...have legs, and can deadlift more than just a man bag.

    Thanks tom

    Bulk!

Just some constructive criticism. You are really ripped. I wish I could get that lean. But now I think its time for you to start bulking if you already haven't started. It looks like you can eat whatever the **** you want and still stay lean too. Lucky bastard.

But yea. You look good. Now bulk dammit.

    Thanks Mik!

Jordan, for various sporting reasons, I cannot afford to bulk quick and go up weightclasses, or be carying too much extra for running, so ill have to continue the slow bulk.
    i appreciate your input man.

    Bah I hate running!

A slow bulk is good. You won't have to cut it all down. Just as long as you're making progress keep doing what you're doing

I'm not saying you are lying (****, I'm the tiniest 200lb person on this forum I bet), but I saw your other videos and was impressed because I thought you were closer to 150. I hope that isn't offensive, but you hide the weight well....SO EAT UP!
