    Ab Sets/Reps compared to Upper Body Sets/Reps

    It seems that in a lot of individuals routines that for abs they do 3-4 Sets of 20-30 Reps while for any other lift most individuals are doing 2-3 sets of 6-12 Reps. Why the difference??

    I do the same amount of sets/reps for my upper/lower and abs but was just curious to the reasoning behind other people doing different ab routines.
