Thi is what squatting deep 5 times a week does to ya folks. I havent hd these kinds of gains since I frist lifted a weight.

May 2007 (1 month of Oly liftng) 27"
August 2007 (4 months of Oly lifting) a beefy 28.5" much more thickness all over the leg especially in the lower part.
