The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

Anyone use the tricep press machine?

I use it at my gym sometimes, but after doing dumbell extensions and tricep press downs I kind of floated away from it... I was doing about 100 lbs on the tricep press machine, but now after going away from it for even a few days it's very annoying to lift.

Btw, the machine i'm talking about is where you sit upright, keep your elbows pointed back, and just push down and control the weight like any other machie.

    Thanks.

Tricep dip machine. Do dips or bench dips instead. Or close grip bench.

You're talking about where you position yourself just about maybe an inch or half inch away from the bench with your legs out and you use your body weight and triceps to push yourself up and down?
