This is probably a stupid question, but I figured I'd run it by you guys. I'm not going to be able to afford any fancy selectorized dumbbells for a long time, and I'm a bit worried I'm not going to be doing enough. Will I be overloading my muscles enough?
I figure I can do 2-3 exercises per muscle group with what I have...
incline bench press
dips (when I buy a second Oly bar)
bent over row
overhead tricep extensions
Am I missing anything? Also, I'm worried about becoming imbalanced (left/right and front/back).
