Hey fellas, this is my picture journal. Update every 10 lbs or so.
Oh ya, I'm not too concerned about looking perfect, being a powerlifter and all. Anyways... here's my plan.
Start off at 155 (you guys can try and guess my BF%)
Go up to 185, fast. I hope to be no more than 13% at that time.
If I'm still fairly lean, I'll keep going up until I'm "too" fat. If I'm already fat, I'll slow it down.
Looking to end the bulk at 214ish, then cut down to 203ish.
End result should be 200-204 @ 8-10% body fat. I'll compete in the 198s.
I'll start it off with my 154-156 pictures.
I'd appreciate body fat guesses, as I have no way of finding out for myself. They do caliper tests at my gym, but I got it done last week and it they said 15%? I don't think so.......
