    Routine question

    Sup guys. Just wondering how many of you would recomend a split schedule of one week heavy and the next week lighter but higher reps. Just wondering because it seems like when I try to go pretty heavy week in and week out I tend to get more injurys. I am also nursing an wrist right now. Its getting better but not 100%. Advice?

    I'll take a stab at this since no one else has. So you'd like to do a heavy week, and a light week to follow. So what goals will you attempt to achieve with this madness? Well if your getting injured it's not due to the weight, but to your form. If your attempting weight that is just to far out of your range who's fault is that?
