I am up to 35 lbs weighted chin-ups (palms facing towards each other) and progressing well every week but my pull-ups (palms facing away) haven't been gaining much...i'm still doing BW for those.
Right now I do them on the same day, but alternate which ones i do first every week. Here is what it looks like:
- Chins 5x5
- Shoulder exercise
- Pull-Ups 3x8
- Rest of shoulder routine...
Then the following week i do pull-ups first...
Are there any other exercises that will help out with my pull-ups?
