Hey guys. For those of you who went on UD 2.0/Atkins etc..how long did it take for your body to become atleast somewhat accustomed to the low amount of carbs? I'm taking in about 65 right now and it's my first day on UD 2.0 and it's freaking bad as hell. I'm already taking in 4 Nitor tabs and I'm sure that helps but damn. I'm sure it gets more tolerable after the first few days right?
