I didn't ME. Just did a zillion reps (ok..50) up to 135lbs and worked on form. Getting much better.

60 Bulgarian Split Squats (24" box)
60 Box Step Ups, half with a 45 plate on top
Someone built us a Prowler. I look forward to trying it out.
Fasting today after lunch until lunch tomorrow. Got another workout tonight at the Y. Should be interesting.
