    MAX EFFORT days...

    what kinda exersizes can i use on bench/squat max effort days? and on all bench exersizes including ME ones do i always use a close grip? thanx

    Any variation of a squat, deadlift, or good morning you can imagine for lower body, and any variation of a bench press you can imagine for the upper.

    For the squat and deadlift ME day mainly use variations of good ams and do some pulls and box squats as well. On bench ME day you could do board press,floor press,lockouts,close grip bench, db's for reps, reverse grip bench. Use mostly close grip on bench days.
