The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

    Supersetting Curls??? OK?

Was wondering whether there would be any benefit to doing standard BB curls supersetted with wide grip and narrow grip BB curls? Or would it be better to do them sequentially? Or would it be better to mix something else in or add something else in at the end like concentrations or hammers?? Thanks for the advice.

    i can't think of any.
if you have to do a superset at least mix it with hammers, otherwise i would just do a drop set or forced reps.

    Body:

Thanks for the advice - I did std BBs today, then did Wide-Grip BBs, then Narrow-Grip BBs followed by DB concentration curls today. Probably best to leave something like this in place.

just do like barbell curls or straight bar pulley curls as it keeps tension high on the biceps. where as ez and dumbell curls allow you to relax the arm more at the bottom of the movement.

do not bother with wide grip then close grip as the bicep contracts as a whole. you can't isolate one head of it.
