    How long are most of your workouts?

    I'm just curious how long all of your workouts take. It sounds like they shouldn't take more than 10 minutes, not trying to be a smart ass, just curious.

    45-90 minutes but going to cut it back to some more like 45-75 min. Do cardio separately for ~45min a run.

    My workouts take about 30-45 minutes.The days I work a big muscle with a small muscle take me about 40 minutes.Working smaller muscles takes me about 25-30 minutes.

    70 - 90, 3 times per week. Either my volume is too high or I'm resting too much between sets, but I just can't get it down to less than 1 hour and still feel that I've had a decent workout.

    Just about time to switch to a new routine.

    preworkout stimulant first,an hour of lifting, then i drink my postworkout shake and rest for 10-15 minutes and then i complete a half an hour of conditioning(swimming, sprinting, speedwork, heavybag,etc)

    i forgot to say that do not do this workout if you aren't eating a ton, sleeping for 2 hours after ur workout along with 8-9 hours of sleep at night along with periodic naps throughout the day (study halls during school for me. i also take a ton of recovery supplements and other crap. im not overtraining and im progressing in strength, power, speed and definitely size and definition
