im planning on bulking starting monday but school starts back up on monday so i dont know how to make a meal plan when i have school can someone help me out?

Bench max- 205lb----goal 225lb
Deadlift max-305lb----goal 400lb
Squat max-260lb----goal 300lb
Cook the night before, take to school what you made. Chicken,quiona,veggies. Eggs,Kidneybeans,veggies. Are just a few examples as to easy to prepare meals.
