    My New Baby....:)

She's a 3 year old purebreed Siberian Husky that I picked up at Animal Control. I guess her previous owner abused her and I couldn't let that happen again so decided to get her. She's very smart and sneaky like a ninja..

She looks awesome. Although I'm a cat person. Pitbulls and Huskies are the only dogs that I love as much as cats.

I had a black haired vkue eyed husky that lived until 18. She was such a sweet dog.

    Good choice.

Huskies are probably my favorite breed. Make sure to do a lot of research on them though. They are one of those breeds that needs a lot of particular attention (for example: once they start running they usually don't stop and often don't return home).

The dog was about 6 months younger than my little sister. My sister was finishing up her freshmen year of college when the dog died.

That's awesome that you took in the dog from the shelter and will give her the life she deserves. Beautiful dog too.
