What are those DB presses they're doing in video 2 around 40 seconds?

Rolling dumbell extension. They are a good movement that can be done on the floor, or on a flat or incline bench.

They're also meant to be done explosively

That is the old location. The new location is SO MUCH nicer and a whole lot roomier. Needless to say though those vids are AWESOME!!!!

I remember driving down there back in like '97 and sitting in the parking lot where they were doing the sled pulls I was to scared to go in. I never made it through the door was WAY TO SCARED and OVERWHELMED by the whole thought of it.

I mean the windows were all blacked out and I seen one the largest humans ever walk out of it(Mike Ruggeria). I got scared bailed out and never went back til 2004. I can only imagine where I would be now if I only would of at least tried it.

Was that a 4pps underhand grip bench in the first video?

Edit: Or a weird JM Press? In the third video, he talks about it. I've never seen it done like that before.

What you saw wasn't a JM Press then.
