Thread: WTF? Bruise/lump on SHin bone

    WTF? Bruise/lump on SHin bone

    I just found this today when running my hand on my right shin bone. Its like a small lump on top of the bone and it hurts when i press on it, kinda like a bruise but there isnt any/much discoloration like there would be in a bruise. Anyone experienced this? Maybe 150kg was too much on leg press cause my legs are weak dunno. GIMME SOME ADVICE!!!

    I too have a bump/ bruise on my shin bone. I posted in another thread that I got hit with a hard ground ball right on my shin. I though I broke it as I immediately fell to the ground, but I could walk it off. It just hurts a little when I put pressure on it, but I can walk and even run okay. If you are able to also, its just a bruise.

    Mind you i have have a slight pain in the middle right pec for quite a while since i done weighted dips last week. Feels like i messed up some cartilage inside or pulled a muscle or something. Or maybe bones are not used to the weights i am doing?

    my legs are almost always cut up and bruised from deads, even a few days later.
