    just wondering why would you train shoulders on leg day?

    i feel that legs should be left alone. does anyone else agree?

    Personally, I do.
    Some people figure that the shoulders are a small enough muscle group that it really isnt going ot make a difference.

    I do legs first. The reason is that putting them with chest and triceps i was just tired by the time it got to be their turn, that's all
