    lmao, it was overcast and the beaches in seattle are rcoky (no sand). I acutally ran by a bunch of old people sitting on the beach.

    lol, I am actually dead. I have just been so tired lately, I have decided to start a clean bulk and stop the two a days. Its gotten to the point where I feel tired all the damn time even on 10-12 hours of sleep (posted this in health section and got some good advice).

    May have begun overtaxing the CNS (central nervous system) among other things...keep hanging tough.
