I just moved into my dorm today, and I'll be visiting the school gym right down the road tomorrow. It's back day, and of course I didn't forget to bring my chalk from home. I'm a little worried though, as to wether they'll let me use it or not. I don't really see the big deal as long as I'm not a morn and make a huge mess, but if for some reason I can't use chalk, I'm not sure what I'll do. I definitley don't want to end up dropping deadlift and doing something else just because I can't grip it, but then again without chalk there's no way my grip will last doing sets close to 400 now.

I know straps are just a poopoo crutch, but do I have any other alternative if I can't use chalk?
