Here are the rules:
1. Only lifts that are verified here will be included on the wall.
2. Verification comes from three sources: 1) Official Competition Results, 2) Viewed By Moderator, 3) Videotaped and Submitted
3. The lifts that are on the wall will be: Squat, Bench, Dead
4. Lifts can be either raw or equipped. No limitation on the amount or type of equipment (ie single ply, double ply, canvas) but no straps for pulling.
5. Lifts will be judged on traditional PLing rules. No extra points for deep squats.
6. NO discussion on the videos submitted here. Video discussion can take place in the thread for the wall.
7. Post your video in this thread with age, weight, and the date the lift was completed.
