^^ yes, check out the other thread with the same title.

This thread should somehow be locked and only have posts in here from Chub to update the wall. IMO

Nah I'd rather have discussion in here than in the video thread. If we have a lot of conversation going on in the video thread then it will be hard for me to find videos and stuff to judge.

Way to embarrass us all with that squat Tommy!

It's old fogies like you that put young upstart kids like me to shame!

Really though, killer lift. Is that your best, or simply your best on vid?

I think that this should note equipment, either by putting (Raw) next to a raw lift, or listing pauses/dbl ply, etc.

    And nice lifts guys

Jesus, I'm 25 and you're calling me an old fogie????????? That would be my best lift on video. I'm capable of a lot more....that wasn't a very good squat anyways.

Hahaha. I made the changes ya'll wanted.

I also labled my squat equipped. I was 165lbs at the time and had on a single ply squat suit cut for a 18Xlbs guy. I could pull it on and off by myself but I guess technically it was equipped.

Add LynnLynn to the 300lb Deadlift Club. I added her 315 deadlift video to the video proof thread. Her lift was Raw and at a bodyweight of about 140.
