    Best Turkey Sandwich Ever!! no-carb version too!

    i'm just going to put the ingredients down as it looks on the sandwich (some items are repeated twice cause your supposed to put them twice)

    whole gain/wheat slice of bread
    avacado (mash and spread)
    dijon mustard
    deli sliced turkey (how ever much you want)
    honey mustard
    lettuce
    sprouts
    dijon mustard
    whole gain/wheat slice of bread

    if you can't have carbs than wrap all the ingredients in large pieces of lettuce and roll it like a wrap (buy a whole lettuce and break it from the base and cut off the white part)

    you to have two layers cause the sandwich is so thick (well at least mine is mmmmm yummy yummy in my tummy)
